I do not collect payment card details. PayPal and bank transfer handle payment processing independently.

Why I Hold Your Data and the Legal Basis

I use your personal data solely for the following purposes:

• To deliver the transcription service you have commissioned

How I Store Your Data

Your personal data is stored securely on my personal computer and within my email account, both of which are password protected.

Document images you send me are stored only for the duration of the commission and deleted once the transcription has been delivered and payment received, unless you ask me to retain them.

Contact details and correspondence are retained for five years from the date of last contact, in line with standard accounting and record-keeping practice. After this period your data will be securely deleted from my computer and email.

I do not transfer your data outside the UK.

• Right to rectification — you may ask me to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
